    The present invention discloses the gel molding preparation process of strong magnetic-weak magnetic material in pulse magnetic field. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. preparing mold; 2. mixing ceramic powder, strong magnetic metal powder, water and non-water solvent in certain weight proportion and ball milling the mixture to form homogeneous disperse slurry; 3. casting and curing at magnetic field strength of 0.1-5.0 T and magnetic field gradient of 0.1-50 T/m; and 4. stoving and sintering. By means of the said process, it is possible to prepare various kinds of gradient material with continuous component change. The ceramic gel molding process can produce strong magnetic-weak magnetic material of high performance simply at low cost.
