The present invention discloses whistle slice mold making process. The making process includes the following steps: taking a standard whistle slice and partitioning the sounding vibration area into over 120 measuring points; measuring the thicknesses of the measuring points with one precise measuring instrument; feeding the measured thickness data into one carving and milling apparatus and carving the mold material to form the mold cavity in the sizes of the required whistle slice. The present invention makes it possible to produce whistle slices with high size precision, identical sounding vibration performance and elegant and pure sound quality. |
