The blow molding process to produce relief globe for middle school student includes the following steps: making two semi-global metal molds with the landform above seal level 20-60 times amplified in the inner surfaces, extruding molten plastic into inside of the molds with one extruder, blowing the plastic with compressed air to the mold walls, relieving the compressed air after the hollow product is cooled, opening the molds to demold, and color printing the text and graph information. The process is suitable for industrial production. |
