    The present invention relates to winding formation method and is especially process of winding revolving body with non-geodesic line based on united precise mold. The process includes the following steps: obtaining the core mold for the revolving body to be wound; determining the generatrix equation and obtaining the vector equation of the combined revolving body; deriving the non-geodesic line equation of the combined revolving body based on the vector equation, the non-geodesic line principle and the formula lambda=Kg/Kn; obtaining the non-geodesic line winding line profile of the combined revolving body; discretizing the non-geodesic line winding line profile of the combined revolving body to obtain the yarn falling points in the core mold surface; converting into the yarn outgoing positions on the core mold surface and calculating the digital control codes; and winding with the winder based on the codes to form.
