The present invention discloses embossing process for reeled plastic material and its preheating and cold embossing apparatus. The embossing process includes the first unreeling of the reeled plastic material, the subsequent preheating to soften the plastic material with heated flat roll, cold embossing with the cold embossing roll and the secondary cooling of the plastic material with cooled flat roll, and final reeling the embossed plastic material. The preheating and cold embossing apparatus includes back plate, preheating rolls including heating flat roll, embossing rolls with cooling embossing roll and cooling flat roll. The present invention can form clear pattern on the plastic material. |
