The invention relates to an improved bead former apparatus for tire capable of reducing operating time of replacement and fabricating cost in formation of tyre bead. Therefor, in the bead former apparatus for tire according to this invention, a drum connected to a cylinder bar is combined with an adjustment member by screw thread, another end of the adjustment member is connected to a major axis through ball bearing, periphery of the major axis is retained by a supporting frame through ball bearing; at the same time, a rotation axis is concentrically arranged, a belt pulley of the rotation axis drives with a strap through an electromotor, a fixed link fastened to the bead former section is connected to top of a flange arranged at the other end of the rotation axis; wherein, a slanting surface of a forward/backward slider arranged on the other end of the major axis is connected with the bead former section through a rectilinear motion bootstrap block, and at the other end of the fixed link in the bead former section, a setting plate contacts the bead former section through the rectilinear motion bootstrap block as well as is connected to an adjustment nut and an adjustment bolt. |
