The process of making environment friendly low density middle sole for shoe includes the following steps: mixing polyethyl carbamate resin, foaming agent, bridging agent, etc to form fluid A; preparing fluid B with hardening agent; quick mixing the fluid A and the fluid B, and injecting the mixture immediately into a mold for foaming; and demolding to obtain the foamed product. The process features the fluid A preparation with added hot foamed particle comprising vinyl chloride-acrylate copolymer and included low volatility hydrocarbon and injected proper amount of air before stirring. The present invention adopts water as foaming agent and the assisting expansion with hot foamed particle and air, and the produced shoe material has the advantages of low density, strong elasticity, high pressure resistance, long service life, etc. |
