The present invention discloses wet reeled paper embossing process and pre-humidifying and hot embossing apparatus. The wet reeled paper embossing process includes the steps of unreeling the reeled paper, pre-humidifying and rolling the paper in the pre-humidifying and rolling mechanism comprising flat roller, cob webbing roller and water tank, hot embossing with the heated embossing roller, drying and unbending with steam flat roller and final winding. The pre-humidifying and hot embossing apparatus includes a pedestal, a pre-humidifying set comprising embossing set, flat roller and water tank, and an embossing set with heated embossing roller. The present invention can form clear pattern with watermark effect in paper and raise the value of paper. |
