    The present invention belongs to the field of certificate and card making technology, and is especially one kind of environment friendly printable certificate and card film and its preparation process. The certificate and card film consists of one intermediate protecting layer, one adhered printing layer and one back antistatic layer. The protecting layer is made of transparent polyethyleneglycol terephthalate film so treated as to add UV radiation grafted adhering functional copolymer material and possess raised printing performance and improved adhering performance. The antistatic functional material layer formed to the back of the protecting layer through a coating process can reach stable laser printing effect. The environment friendly printable certificate and card film of the present invention has high card core material hot combining strength up to 6N/cm, high image resolution up to 600dpix600dpix8bit, and high transparency up to 89 %.
