The present invention relates to antistatic plastic sheet material, and is especially one kind of no-carbon black antistatic plastic sheet material for packing precise electronic parts and its preparation process. The no-carbon black antistatic plastic sheet material consists of an upper antistatic plastic layer, a polystyrene layer and a lower antistatic plastic layer, and its antistatic plastic layer consists of polyamide 13-32 wt%, polyether hindered amine 15-35 wt%, polystyrene 40-70 wt%, antioxidant 0.3-1 wt%, antioxidant0.3-1 wt%, and cross-linking agent0.2 -0.8 wt%. The antistatic plastic layers have intrinsic diffusive polymer material comprising polyamide and polyether hindered amine into the base polystyrene material and possess permanent antistatic performance. The present invention has permanent antistatic performance. |
