    The present invention discloses the making process of true color flashing patch picture. The making process includes the steps of pre-treatment of glass or metal back plate, printing picture, combining printing picture onto the back plate, and packaging. After the printed picture is adhered with different kinds of light cured glue, applied with transparent protecting covering and light curing treated, the picture is combined with the back plate. The present invention has the features of true image, rich colors, wide applicable range and different picture frame size.
