    The invention relates to a method used corn soaking water to produce feed yeast which belongs to microbe deep fermenting field. It includes the following steps: preparing bottle swaying seed; processing fermenting culture for many times by controlling pH value, inoculating quantity, fermenting temperature, and time; centrifugal separating; spraying drying; producing feed yeast. Its advantages are that its producing process can be done in not asepsis condition; its adopted raw materials are cheap, thus the cost is low.
