The invention relates to a capsule producing bacteria culturing method which belongs to new type bacterium separating purifying technology in water treatment field. The separating purifying adopts aseptic processing includes the following steps: peeling off the biological film from copper nickel alloy surface dipped in sea for 180 days; enrichment culture of the previous night at room temperature whose enrichment solution are processed gradient dilution by 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4, then streaking at the flat; selecting the bacteria with smooth, moist, and stiff colony to use as capsule stain; if it is positive, the colony is continuous to process streaking to gain capsule birthing bacteria pure culture; passage; selecting the strain after 50 times passage to store. The cultured strains have the advantages of pure, simple technology method, reliable principle, and good application effect. The cultured capsule birthing bacteria can be well used in bactericide.
