The invention discloses rice annular minute chromosome and its gaining method. It is made up of the rice number 4 chromosome centromere and the long arm closes to the centromere. Its gaining method is that it uses Mix plasmid as probe to filter 2n+1 type rice variant trisome contains annular chromosome by fluorescence hybridization in situ. The formed rice annular minute chromosome has simple structure, no telomere, and has great theoretical meaning and practical value for exploring the possibility of forming rice manpower chromosome. |
