The invention discloses a temperature control dual cycle submerged fermentation method which is fit for biochemical engineering fermenting production. The fermentation is processed in fermentor with over 1.5 slenderness ratio which controls fermenting liquor. The fermenting liquor is stirred by stirrer. In addition circulating pump extracts the fermenting liquor from the bottom of the fermentor, injects from the top along tangent backward stirrer rotation direction to form turbulent flow. Thus the stirring effect is good. The offered fermentation method has the advantages of controllable fermenting temperature, fast and even fermenting, high quality; and it is fit for large scale industrialization production. |
