It includes the following steps: observing transgene insect individual by fluorescence stereomicroscope; taking image by digital camera or digital CCD photo equipment; preprocessing the image by image processing software; transforming the RGB color image into corresponding gray level image; confirming binarization parting image threshold and median filtering neighboring region; calculating the average value of the insect body part fluorescence value by matlab applied mathematics software to use as the gene expression quantity relative number.
