    The invention discloses a casting method of sugar making machine high efficiency sugar cane extraction roll shell axial liquid discharging passage. It includes the following steps: using casting using foam to make sugar cane extraction roll natural pattern; making long pipe hole with that same size and shape of the liquid discharging passage; casting it to axial liquid discharging passage after sanding charging and vibration compaction. The liquid discharging passage extends from the middle of the extraction roll shell to the two ends whose section can be circular, oval elliptic, or any other geometry. The invention adopts advanced vanishing die casing technology to produce sugar cane extraction roll shell. Thus the casting method is simple, can satisfy production demand, increase recovery and economic benefit.
