    The invention relates to a time efficiency sclerotic type copper alloy that could be used as contact wire material and the thermal processing technology. It includes the following steps: adding 0.1-0.4% Zr, 0.04-0.08% Ce/Y, and 0.1% Ag into Cu-Ag alloy, taking solution treatment under 940-960 degree centigrade for 1-2h, taking cool texturing treatment that the quantity is 30-45%, and time efficiency processing under 450-500 degree centigrade for 1-4h and the cool texturing quantity is 50-75% after processing. The invention has the advantages of high intension, good anti-softening ability, and long useful life. It has wide application prospect and good economic benefit.
