The invention relates to a on-line solid melting method used to precipitate strengthening type copper alloy wire bar. It sets pouring basket, induction-heated furnace, and solid melting device at the continuous casting tandem rolling production facility which is made up of shaft furnace, holding furnace, casting machine, milling machine, rolling mill and take-up. The pouring basket and induction-heated furnace are set between the shaft furnace and the holding furnace. The solid melting device is set at the discharge gate end of the rolling mill whose solid melting temperature is 750-850 degree centigrade. The invention uses the pouring basket and induction-heated furnace to ensure added microelement in the standard, continuing stable, distributing even, uses the solid melting device to realize on line solid melting. Thus the copper alloy wire bar can be gained which has ideal strength and conductivity. |
