The invention provides a rotator used in vacuum coating. It includes a flywheel, a rotation axis, and a basis material carrying device. The flywheel is connected with the carrying device by the rotation axis. It makes drive rotator run to bring about basis material, stops the drive, then puts the rotator set basis material into vacuum coating machine to coat. Thus the basis material can be evenly coated by self inertia rotating without drive in vacuum. This can effectively avoid coating uneven, and is good for the electrical property collection between the basis material and other electronic building brick. |
