    This invention relates to a method for repairing film transistor circuits on a display panel including: generating gas metal compound above the display panel and using laser beam irradiation to transmit energy above the part position of the circuit to dissociate said compound and generate metal particles to be deposited along the circuit to cover and connect the part gap of the circuit.
