    This invention discloses a ring structure of a new static discharge collecting bar, in which, the ring contains multiple metal layers connected by conductive plugs electrically and is divided into two ring regions not connected electrically by an oxidized region with the help of layout, one is Vss static and discharge collecting bar and the other one is Vdd.
