This invention discloses an image sensing module including: a packaged base plate, multiple metal pads arrayed in the edge on the packaged base plate in parallel, multiple component adhesive regions parallel-arrayed in the edge region on the base plate in pairs, multiple surface adhesive components adhered on the adhesive regions of the base plate, a wall fixed on the surrounding edge of the base plate to form a cavity surrounding said multiple metal pads and the components, an image sensing component adhered on the plate surrounded by multiple pads and components and a light penetration layer fixed on the wall of the plate to be isolated with outside and penetrate light. |
