In organic electroluminescence display, the following technology are listed to render each pixel having even brightness to compensate multiple film transistor character deviation to control circuit.But, only the above-mentioned compensation can not homogenize the circuit when control of the weak circuit is needed in organic electroluminescence display. The film transistor of organic electroluminescence display is characterized as possessing multiple channel region cousing source region and drain region, and polysilicon film whose graph end is processed to cone shape and also has the character: channel regions is in a range from 5 mum to 30 mum. |
