    The invention discloses an IP visual phone not depending on server and its implementation. The calling video phone establishes a connection with the called one via the telecommunication network and sends the IP address. The called one automatically calls the IP address back to establish a communication link. The audio and video communication can be realized by the voice and video image digital compression technology and video-streaming media transmission technology without any server.
