The invention discloses a SMS receiving system and a method for preventing junk message. When receiving the SMS, the system needs to examine whether or not there is intercept password of the receiver on the regulations and then determines whether to receive the message. The way to prevent the junk message is that users modify intercept passwords to prevent the junk message from strangers by the system. The invention has the advantages of compatibility with the existing sending and receiving system.
