The present invention relates to an internet speech communication device of mobile communication terminal and method thereof which comprising: activating the wireless lan component to set the path of the wireless lan component and the encode/decode components and setting the call to execute the speech communication operation based on the IP address when the control component of the mobile communication terminal establishing a speech communication operation based on the IP address; setting the path of the wireless lan component and the encode/decode components and setting the call to execute the speech communication operation based on the telephone number when establishing a speech communication operation based on the telephone number. According to the invention, a speech communication operation is carried out based on the IP address wherein the encode/decode components are shared with the mobile communication component, as a result, the circuit structure is simplified, the size and the weight of the device are reduced, meanwhile, it decreases the power consumption and fault factors and improves the product reliability. |
