    The invention discloses a method for ending PoC conversation with an end-button and its PoC server. When it meets the ending trigger condition of the PoC conversation, the PoC server determines whether it meets the preset condition for ending the man/machine conversation, If it meets, the current PoC conversation ends and the resources of the participators are released, otherwise, the current PoC conversation continues until it meets the described conditions.
