    A pair of scissors is composed of a main body with a slideway and two locating parts at both ends of said slideway, a set of scissors able to slide in the slideway on main body, and a locator matched with said locating parts to control the relative position between scissors set and main body. When the scissors set is extended out of the main body, it can play its shearing role.
