    A mould casing member used for in-situ casting the reinforced concrete or pre-stressed reinforced concrete is composed of a bottom plate, and at lest two mould casings consisting of top plate and peripheral side walls and arranged on said bottom plate. Said peripheral side walls and bottom plate can be used to cast at least one internal rib, or external rib, or beam, or wall. Said top plate, peripheral side walls and bottom plate have at least one laminated layer.
