    A process for preparing the pre-sulfurized polyurethane-ordinary rubber tyre surface use for renewing tyre includes such steps as shaping the ordinary rubber as basic rubber to obtain strips, pre-sulfurizing, mixing polyurethane pre-polymer as surface material with low-molecular biol or biamine, pouring the mixture to predefined position in mould, loading said pre-salfurized rubber strip coated by hydroxy polyurethane adhesive, heating at 120-130 deg.C for 30-90 min, demolding and post treating.
