    The invention provides a rotary printing machine. In this rotary printing machine provided with at least one printing unit 6 for printing on a continuous printing web 12 of a material to be printed and a cutting device 10 for cutting the web 12 printed by the printing unit 6, a traction device 8 arranged on the downstream side of the printing unit 6 on the most downstream side and on the upstream side of the cutting device 10 is provided and provides predetermined mechanical tensile force to the printed web 12 delivered from the printing unit 6 on the most downstream side.
