    An improved structure of magnetic document clip is composed of two flexible magnetic sheets with external and internal ends, a flexible basic layer for connecting said external ends of both magnetic sheets to make them to open or close magnetically, an adhesive layer on the back of said basic layer for fixing the document clop to any position, and at least one iron layer between basic layer and magnetic sheet for magnetically attracting a note or memorandum.
