The invention provides an antistatic polyester film generating little peel electrification to suppress the adhesion of foreign material to the surface in the case of using as a protective film for various displays and enabling easy removal of foreign materials attached to the surface. The antistatic polyester film having improved adhesiveness to the substrate, water resistance, water repellency, solvent resistance, antistaticity and transparency is produced by coating at least one surface of a polyester film with a coating liquid containing (A) a conductive polymer resin, (B) a binder resin, (C) a crosslinking agent and (D) a fluorine-based silica dispersion composition. |
