    This invention relates to an agent for cooling diamond blade. The agent comprises: surfactant with the properties of lignin sulfonates 10-27 parts, flocculant with the properties of polyacrylamide 5-9 parts, and sodium silicate pentahydrate or sodium silicate nonahydrate or their mixture 40-60 parts (measured by sodium silicate). The agent is water-soluble solid, thus can be easily transported, stored and applied (the cost is only 1/20 of the present agents). Besides, the agent also has such advantages as no toxicity, no side effects and no pollution.
