    This invention discloses a method for synthesizing fatty acid ester (biodiesel oil) and glycerol by microwave-accelerated rapid interesterification in the presence of alkaline catalyst. The method has such advantages as high reaction rate (within 5-10 min), mild reaction conditions, high efficiency.
