    This invention discloses a method for preparing M80-M90 alcohol-based automobile fuel. The methanol content in the fuel is up to 80-90%. The fuel realizes high methanol ratio without the need for adjusting or replacing present engines, and has comparable power o commercialized gasoline. The fuel solves the problem of energy source replacement of gasoline.
