This invention relates to a solid-liquid mixed fuel for glass melting furnace. The solid-liquid mixed fuel is mixed from petroleum coke powder 5-80 wt.% and fuel oil 20-95 wt.%. In addition, according to the weight of the solid-liquid mixed fuel, water less than 30 wt.%, emulsifier less than 3 wt.% and dispersant less than 3 wt.% can also be added. This invention uses petroleum coke powder as a substitute for coal powder in the traditional solid-liquid mixed fuel, thus increasing the content of three-atom gases in the flame, improving the flame radiance, and strengthening the radial heat transfer from the flame to the glass liquid. Besides, the solid-liquid mixed fuel can be used in conventional glass melting furnace, thus having a high profit. |
