    This is a cylinder type shearing and bundling device. This invention comprises of a band fixing rack and a cylinder support, which has four press banding cylinders inside and correspondingly connected with four press banding blocks at the bottom, a push type knife handle cylinder outside of the left, a knife handle located below with one side rotatablly fastened to the band fixing rack and the other side equipped with a rolling bearing embedded in the arced groove outside the right of the cylinder support; there is a limit switch at the left of the outside; one side of the band fixing rack equipped with a shearing and banding counterdie, an oblique plane at the front intersected with the plane with a sensor, a boss behind to connect with the cylinder support and to baffle the first band, and four wheels at the bottom to fasten the hobnails respectively. This invention is highly efficient in cutting several bands at the same time and clamping all the bands to the gathering place, and the independent top and counterdies are easy to load and change.
