    This invention discloses one finishing agent with fluorine silicon to prevent fabric anti-water and anti-oil and for flexible finishing, wherein, the finishing agent is of emulsion of 0/W with main component of methacrylic acid with alkyl fluoride or alkyl-acrylate or their mixture M1 or alkyl-acrylate with long carbon linkage or alkyl-methacrylate or their mixture M2 of silicon methyl oil. This invention also discloses one integration method of the agent with excellent properties of anti-water and anti-oil and flexible transparency.
