The process of plating alloy layer chemically on micro arc formed oxide film includes the following steps: cleaning the surface of non-ferrous metal or alloy base material and micro arc oxidizing to form 20-25 micron thick compact film; setting the base material inside chemical plating solution at 55-75 deg.c for 5-90 min to cause redox reaction depositing coating on the micro arc oxidized surface of the metal or alloy base material; washing, drying and maintaining the temperature in protecting atmosphere for 0.5-2hr to obtain homogeneous alloy coating in controllable thickness. In the chemical plating solution, there are soluble heavy metal salt and sodium hypophosphite in the molar ratio of 0.25-1.20 to 1, sodium citrate in the molar ratio to the soluble heavy metal salt of 0.20-1.50 to 1 and water in the molar ratio to the soluble heavy metal salt of 300-600 to 1. |
