The present invention is process of forming super hydrophobic structure on the surface of metal copper, relates to new method of metal surface treatment and aims at raising anticorrosive performance of copper. The process includes the following steps: setting copper part inside distilled water solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium dodecyl sulfate inside sealed container to treat for 2-3 days, so as to form micron/nanometer structure in the surface of copper part; and setting the treated copper part in alcohol solution of lauric acid to assemble for 1 day, so as to form hydrophobic structure on the surface of copper part. Thus treated copper part has 4-5 times raised polarization resistance and raised anticorrosive performance. |
