    The present invention provides an optical low pass filter capable of providing excellent optical characteristic when it is installed on the optical device, such as video camera or digital static camera or the like, without curing binding agent. The optical low pass filter(1)is formed by sticking the quartz plate(2, 3)to the flexible phase difference film(4). An adhesive layer(5)is arranged on the sticking plane. The adhesive layer(5)has an average thickness of 5um~15um in the individual and a difference between the maximum thickness part and the minimum thickness of 4 um or less in the individual, and has a transmission wave aberration of +/-1.5 lambda or less wherein lambda represents incident wavelength.
