The LCD panel and display array substrate comprise: a first substrate with a first-time and second-time pixel areas, a lower electrode with part in the first-time area and other in the second-time area, a dielectric layer on the lower electrode and first substrate, an upper electrode on the dielectric layer, a protective layer on the upper electrode and dielectric layer that includes an opening to expose the top surface of the upper electrode and has different thickness in two pixel areas, and two sub-pixel electrode on the protective layer and upper electrode respectively.
