    The semi-penetration semi-reflection LCD panel comprises: a couple of parallel substrates, a couple of polarizing pieces set on substrate surface respectively, and the macromolecular dispersion LC layer arranged between substrates. Wherein, the LC molecule can only generate reflection and penetration to incidence light when forcing voltage.
