    The disclosed fixing structure for LC panel set on a backlight module includes a frame and an elastic body. Wherein, the LC panel comprises: a first/second transparent substrates, a drive circuit array, a LC layer, and a sealing member. Wherein, all other parts are arranged between two substrates, and the second substrate is relative to the backlight module.
