    The new full-fiber wavelength interleaving device comprises: based on HBF Sagnac interferometer, a circulator, a coupler, the HBF, a polarization controller, a tuning mechanism for middle-channel wavelength, and the monomode fiber. This invention changes the product deltandeltaL of HBF equivalent refractive index difference and length variation to shift the transmission spectrum of the interleaving device, and works reliable with low cost.
