    This invention provides one transmission frame method by use of mobile and handles wireless television, wherein, signal channel codes adopt LDPC codes type in high speed to correct worse signal environment and Doppler error. This invention provides one time division transmission frame for different list, which through transmission package front five bit with service type, time, and simultaneous index to speed up system and process speed to lower receive end device complexity to lower consumption to receive device.
