The mobile communication terminal of the present invention comprises a position information module part for receiving the position information of the terminal; a storing part for storing a first position information which logs in the electronic payment allowance area and electronic payment indicator indicating whether the electronic payment is allowed or not; an electronic payment module for comparing the first position information and the second position information of the present position of the terminal so as to determine whether the electronic payment is allowed or not; an interface part connected to the electronic payment client in wireless or wire link fashion and transmitting the electronic payment indicator to the electronic payment client when the electronic payment is carried out. Furthermore, an electronic payment authentication method for executing the electronic payment process in given area can be provided by using the mobile communication terminal when the terminal logs in the electronic payment allowance area. |
