The nanometer solid isovitamin A acid lipoid particle contains isovitamin A acid in 0.01-7 wt%, lipid material in 2-40 wt%, phospholipid in 4-60 wt%, and hydrophilic surfactant in 5-80 wt%. Its preparation process includes the following steps: dissolving isovitamin A acid, lipid material and phospholipid in methanol, ethanol or chloroform in heliophobic condition, and decompression distillation to eliminate organic solvent to form the organic phase; dissolving the hydrophilic surfactant in water to form water phase; heating the organic phase and the water phase separately to 70-85 deg.c, and pouring the water phase into the organic phase while stirring to form the initial emulsion; emulsifying the initial emulsion at high pressure to obtain translucent suspension; cooling at 0-4 deg.c to solidify into nanometer solid isovitamin A acid lipoid particle. The nanometer solid lipoid particle has isovitamin A acid coated to raise its stability, reduce the systemic toxic side effect and strengthen the treating effect. |
